I should note that those are all presents--presents for me and Dave, presents from grandparents, aunt, uncles, friends, for the cats, from Santa, etc. etc. That said, this year we might have gone overboard.
This year I keep cycling between excitement over the fact that Liam seems to know he'll be getting presents and being totally emotional about having Dave home this year (and remembering how lonely and sad it was to wake up alone last year with two babies who didn't talk and didn't realize it wasn't just another day).
